2nd Asian Arabic Debating Championship

The 2nd edition of the Asian Arabic Debating Championship was held in Muscat, Oman, in collaboration with the Omani Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth and Oman Debate Center.

From 29 Jan to 2 Feb 2023, we hosted 42 teams representing their universities from 18 countries from all across the Asian continent, in one of the biggest Arabic debate tournaments in the region to compete for the championship title. 

QatarDebate hosted the first edition of the Asian Arabic Debating Championship in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at IIUM. with the participation of 26 teams from 20 countries from all over the Asian continent. 

International championships provide a fertile environment for cultural exchange, a great opportunity to strengthen language abilities of native and non-native speakers, and a space where dialogue is enriched by great and intellectual minds.
