QatarDebate is pleased to kickoff the 2022-2023 season with this introductory workshop on British Parliamentary format debating and adjudicating British parliamentary style debates.

Introduction debate for adjudicators   This workshop will enable the participants to enter the debate world as new adjudicators, and be able to join QatarDebate's debate judges network. In this workshop the basics of debating will be discussed along with the judging process, in addition to practical applications of judging debate rounds.   Date: 5 - 7 September 2022 Time: 4:00 - 7:00 PM Location: QatarDebate Center   Last day to register - 31 August 2022. **This workshop is in Arabic

This a series of 6 workshops, held weekly open to any secondary school students hoping to learn more about debating and develop their skills.

3rd U.S. Arabic Debating Championship   We are excited to announce the 3rd edition of the U.S Universities Arabic Debating Championship (3rd USADC), hosted at Stanford University in collaboration with the Abbasi Program between 14th – 16th October, 2022.
