What started in 2013 with a single U.S. team participating in our international championships has grown into a thriving, nationwide movement. Today, QatarDebate partners with universities across the United States to build a vibrant culture of Arabic debate, critical thinking, and cultural exchange.

The U.S. Arabic Debate Union

Connecting over 50 prestigious educational institutions, the USADU is the beating heart of our community in America. We go beyond competitions, providing capacity-building programs that empower local leaders to train, organize, and independently manage debate activities year-round.

Bringing Debate to the Classroom

We believe in the power of debate as an educational tool. Through strategic collaborations, we've successfully integrated Arabic debate skills into official university curricula at institutions like the University of Utah, Western Kentucky University, and the University of Illinois.

From formal MoUs—like our partnership with Indiana University—to cultural hubs like the QatarDebate Majlis at WKU, we are enriching the experience of Arabic learners across the country.
