Debate skills workshop and a mini debate tournament for Doha Institute students

 

Workshop Overview

 

An advanced workshop on debate skills offered by QatarDebate Center for the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies students.
The workshop includes advanced skills in competitive debating, and includes: advanced level of argumentation and refutation, case analysis, debate preparations, and best practices and tips for debaters.

Thursdays and Saturdays – 23rd, 28th, 30th January and 4th February 2021.

Time:

1:00 – 3:00 PM

Location:

Online via Zoom (link will be sent to participants once approved by QatarDebate team)

 

Certificates will be provided to participants that complete the training criteria, and that is attending at least 80% of the sessions and passing a test as well as delivering a full speech during a debate held among the participants.
