QatarDebate is the Organizing Partner of TEDxYouth@AlDafna that will take place this Saturday. TEDxYouth@AlDafna is the first TEDx event to targets school students in Doha for the last 7 years. The conference aims to bring schools students together to discuss their thoughts, ideas, and ambitions.The conferecne presents 6 inspiring speakers as listed here:

 

• Dr. Anwar Dafallah (The Most Active TED Translator)
• Asmaa Al-Hamadi (Al-Jazeera Presenter)
• Mohammad Khalid (Student at Texas A&M, and one of the most active debaters in the AP schools tournaments for the last 3 years)
• Yousef Al-Malki (High School Student and a debater)
• Alyaa Esam El-din (TA at CMU and a previous debater in EP)
• Ola Hajawi (RA at QU and a previous debaters)

 

QatarDebate has been playing an incubational role for the organizing team providing them with venue, room reservations, catering, printings, logistics, and communication support. We are also proud to see many young debaters among the organizing committee who are working very hard to execute this initiative for the local community.
