This three day training is designed to assist professionals from various sectors and spheres in improving communication about their work, both internally with their peers, colleagues and superiors, but also externally – towards the public - Dr. Maja Nenadović said-.
One of the keys to success is being able to communicate persuasively about things that matter, and policy advocacy is one of the modern world methods of bridging the gap between experts and laymen, or service providers and their clients/customers. In order to be able to convey one’s opinions and experience across to a diverse set of audiences, this training will provide its participants with interactive exercises, handouts and theory on argumentation, debating, public speaking and policy advocacy.
